Do I need a credit card for the 14-day trial?
No. The free trial starts without a credit card. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe.
Are there different plans or feature tiers?
No. EquiZenergy is designed around a single $49/month plan, so providers do not have to choose a higher tier to access the core business tools shown on the Features page.
What happens if I cancel?
Canceling stops the next renewal. Paid access continues through the date you have already paid for. After that, the workspace becomes read-only and records remain available for viewing or export for 90 days.
Does EquiZenergy track prepaid packages?
Yes. The app tracks package sessions used and remaining. The provider can see the balance, and the client can be told the remaining package balance when the covered session report is sent.
